Terms of Service

1. General

These Terms govern your use of bondingkey.com and the purchase of the Bonding Key® Toolkit, operated by:

The Bonding Key® Toolkit is sold to businesses and private individuals aged 18 and over. By purchasing or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

2. Product

Bonding Key® Toolkit is a digital product providing access to 25 research-backed keys for building customer relationships, delivered via bondingkey.com. Access is granted immediately upon confirmed payment. No physical items are shipped.

3. Pricing and VAT

All prices are shown exclusive of VAT. Applicable VAT is added at checkout based on your country of residence in accordance with EU VAT rules. The price confirmed at checkout is the binding price for your order.

4. Payment

Payment is processed securely by Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. Soulbond Oy does not store or process payment card data. All transactions are handled by Stripe in accordance with PCI DSS standards.

5. Order and Payment Confirmation

After a successful purchase, you will receive a confirmation email. Access to the Bonding Key® Toolkit is granted via a magic link sent to your email. If you do not receive this within a reasonable time, contact johanna@bondingkey.com.

6. Satisfaction Guarantee and Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the Bonding Key® Toolkit for any reason, contact us within 14 days of your purchase date at johanna@bondingkey.com and we will refund your payment in full, no questions asked. Refunds are processed within a reasonable time via the original payment method.

Note for EU consumers: Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital products. By completing your purchase, you expressly request immediate access to the digital content. Your 14-day satisfaction guarantee runs concurrently with this statutory withdrawal right.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on bondingkey.com is the intellectual property of Soulbond Oy, protected by Finnish and EU copyright law. Bonding Key® is a registered EU trademark.

Your purchase grants a personal, non-transferable, non-commercial licence to use the Bonding Key® Toolkit for your own professional purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or share access credentials with third parties, or use the content for commercial resale without written permission from Soulbond Oy.

8. Limitation of Liability

Soulbond Oy is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Bonding Key® Toolkit, except where mandatory consumer protection law requires otherwise. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the product.

9. Dispute Resolution

Contact johanna@bondingkey.com first. If unresolved, EU consumers may refer to the Finnish Consumer Disputes Board (kuluttajariita.fi) or the EU ODR platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr).

10. Governing Law

Finnish law and applicable EU regulations, including GDPR (EU 2016/679) and the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU).

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated to registered users by email.
