Name Your Ideal Advocate

Write a one-page sketch of a future advocate: who they are, what they use you for, what they say about you to others, and why it matters to them. Use this as a lens to review your journey: where are we giving this person real reasons to care deeply, not just be content?

Design One "Love Moment"

Pick a key point where you already deliver good value and add one element that creates a memorable emotional response (delight, relief, recognition, meaning). Make it personal enough that someone might want to tell a friend about that moment specifically.

Make Advocacy Easy and Meaningful

Create one simple, low-friction way for happy customers to advocate (sharing a story, inviting a friend, leaving a message, joining a panel). Frame it as joining you in helping "people like them", not as doing you a favour or earning a small perk.

How You'll Know It's Working

You start hearing stronger language from customers: "love", "obsessed", "couldn't imagine going back", not just "fine" or "good".
Referrals and organic word of mouth become a visible, repeatable source of new customers, not just a happy accident.
Advocates defend you in public or private when others criticise, and give you rich, constructive feedback instead of walking away.
A small core of emotionally committed customers becomes clearly visible in your data and in your daily work.
