Peak Moments Design

People remember the most intense moments and how it ended.

People don't remember every second of an experience; they remember the most intense moments and how it ended. If your journey is "mostly fine" but has one strong negative peak or a weak ending, that single moment can define the whole story in their memory. When you deliberately shape a few positive peaks and a satisfying ending, average moments fade and the relationship feels far better than the sum of its parts.
